This desk was made by Fisher Price and on the back, it's dated 1980. It appears to be a tabletop or lap style and measures 12" L x 10" w x 3" H.

This item has two storage compartments one is for small Pieces like chalk and magnets with sliding door, then you open the top of the desk to find a bigger storage compartment. 

The desktop is double sided one side intended to be a chalkboard, and the other side is for magnets.
